We know that some clients have a hard time getting out of their beds some days and the thought of having to come see us can feel overwhelming. They would rather speak with us on the telephone or by way a video meeting.  We like to tell those clients that we completely understand and we will meet with them how and when is best for them.

We have been representing clients virtually since 2016, long before COVID. We have been using technology to make our client's lives easier for a very long time. 

 

We like to tell our clients that they might not need leave their beds at all for us to sue their insurance company for them.  (All cases are different, but since COVID, nearly all of our cases have been done entirely virtually.)

 

We are continually, adapting by adopting new technologies to improve how we work and how we help our clients in their cases.

Our clients are always welcome to meet us at our Markham Office or at our Toronto Meeting Room.

We have some clients who want to come meet with us in person.  Some of these clients find that they are better able to process information in person.  Other clients want to meet us "in real life" to get a better sense of who we are--after all, an LTD matter is extremely personal and critical to a person's financial future.  We never take our clients' trust for us for granted.   

 

We promise that we will never turn down a request for an in-person meeting (unless you/we are sick) and we will always aim to make our time together as less stressful as possible.

Our Markham Office. 

Our Markham office is located at 3042 Bur Oak Avenue, Suite 2 (street level), just one block east of the Markham Stouffville Hospital. We are conveniently located in York Region near the York/Durham border and a two minute drive from Highway 407 and 9th Line. Our Markham office is wheelchair accessible and free outdoor parking may be available at the rear in our driveway or available close by.  Our office is cheerful and comfortable and we always aim to make you feel at home.

Our Toronto Meeting Room.

Our Toronto office/meeting room is located at 3030 Yonge Street, Suite 6060 (at the intersection of Yonge and Lawrence, right at the Lawrence subway station). The Toronto office is wheelchair accessible and paid parking is available or there is limited street parking in the surrounding residential area. 

 

We typically use our shared office space for pre-scheduled meetings with our Toronto-based clients who require in-person meetings due to their disability, such as issues with mental processing and a lack of transportation to visit our Markham office.  We are happy to meet our clients in Toronto, at their request and for any reason.
